Petter I Fengsel is the 3rd season of norwegian TV-series “Petter Uteligger”, which started as a documentary about the homeless on the streets of Oslo and has changed public perspective on homeless people and drug abuse in Norway, thanks to its enourmous success.
In the 3rd season, Petter spends time in Halden Prison to document live in Prison and create portraits of inmates.
